Mindfulness Awareness Meditation
About Course
This series explores the foundation of building a personal mindfulness awareness meditation practice. Over the course of six classes, we will explore the concepts and practices of Intention, Mindfulness, Awareness, Contemplation, Loving-Kindness, and Meditation in Everyday Life. Classes will be uploaded for on-demand viewing on the 3rd and 4th Wednesdays of each month, starting in October and continuing through December, until all six classes are available.
